The new season starts on 21 March 2026.

Food & Drink

On weekends and public holidays during museum opening hours, vending machines for drinks and snacks are available at the Hannover Colliery. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside in our beer garden surrounded by greenery; when the weather is bad, tables and seating are available in the ventilation building.

You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks to consume on the premises. Tables and benches are available for picnics in the open areas.
